At Blaze Gifts ("we," "us," or "our"), we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please review the following policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Timeframe: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags/labels attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized/custom-made products (e.g., engraved jewelry, monogrammed items).
  • Gift cards/downloadable digital products.
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance promotions.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email service@blazegifts.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) and include the RMA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


3. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refund Method: Funds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Exceptions:

  • If the returned item is damaged or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued.
  • Refunds for international orders may exclude customs/duties fees.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us at service@blazegifts.com to check stock.
  • For size/color exchanges, return the original item and place a new order to avoid delays.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Notify Us Within 48 Hours: Email service@blazegifts.com with photos/video of the issue.
  2. Resolution: We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement or issue a full refund.


6. International Returns

  • Customers outside [Country] are responsible for return shipping costs and any import taxes.
  • Refunds will not include original shipping fees or customs charges.
